Everyone has a reading material next to the toilet, right? You do, don't you?
Ok, here's what we've got this week.
Life On The Edge, cartoons by Judy Horacek. From the oppy.
Vogue Patterns magazine Aug Sept 2009, open at an article about invisible zips. From the oppy.
Just Bikes magazine, for buying and selling motorbikes and their parts.
Australian Motor Cycle magazine June/July 2011.
Book, Airliners of the 1960's by Gerry Manning. From the oppy, bought because I'm nostalgic about Fokker Friendship aircraft. Travelled in them every couple of years when I was a kid on the Darwin-Katherine-Tennant Creek-AliceSprings-Adelaide "milk run". At Adelaide you transferred to a jet: 747 usually, to go to Sydney or Melbourne.
Lastly, Selvedge magazine, Sept/Oct 2011. I subscribed to this beautiful magazine recently (thankyou tax refund). This is the newest issue. I've read it, it's in the toilet for picture perusal.
Toilet "reading" isn't really reading (not for women anyway), it's more "looking at pictures". Thankfully I'm past the stage of fending off children!
