Remember this? A bathroom vanity from the oppy?
In only a matter of...six weeks, it's been transformed.
(Made sure I took this photo after Clare had cleaned the bathroom).
Kept the timber top and painted the rest. Added new handles. "New" basin from the tip shop, taps & spout from the old basin. White tiles glued over the old ugly ones. I thought of patterned tiles but there's enough visual "stuff" there already without adding to it.
It's not "perfect" but until I learn cabinet making it will do.
This looks gorgeous: love what you've done with it, the green's beautiful. Also really like your black & white tiles/lino.
ps 6 weeks is an awesome turnaround, let's not talk about how many months ago I started cutting out/sewing new covers for the couch!

That looks absolutely awesome, well done!!! I need a cabinet in one our bathrooms, you have inspired me to go and look at a few more oppys....my local ones don't have much in the way of furniture. I am going to show hubby this tonight!!
